After 15 years in practice, our founder watched the average outpatient visit dissolve into clicks, copy-paste notes, and tabs that don't talk to each other. The medicine wasn't broken. The workflow around it was.

We started Orella to fix both ends of the same visit.
Orella began as a single physician's evening project in late 2022 — built around a simple framework called Describe → Detect → Diagnose → Deliver. The idea: structure the outpatient encounter the way clinicians already reason, surface what's relevant when it's relevant, and give patients a window into their own care. Today Orella supports 11 specialties and multiple languages, and we're preparing for our first pilot deployments.
