No. Your first 10 cases (Pay-By-Case) or first 14 days (Subscription) are completely free with no payment information required. You’ll only be asked to choose a billing plan after your trial ends.
You’ll be prompted to select Pay-By-Case ($20/case) or Subscription ($149/month with 20 cases included). You can also upgrade at any time before reaching the limit.
Yes, once your trial has ended. In Settings you can move from Pay-By-Case to Subscription, which starts right away, or from Subscription to Pay-By-Case, which starts at the end of your current billing month.
On Pay-By-Case, you’re billed $10 when you accept a case through Orella, and $10 when the patient checks in. On Subscription, the split is $5 + $5 for cases beyond your monthly allowance. This protects you from no-show costs — you only pay the full amount for patients who actually arrive.
