Eligibility verification is available the moment you upgrade. Claims submission requires payer enrollment, which typically takes 1-4 weeks per payer depending on the payer’s response time. Orella manages this enrollment process for you, so you don’t need to fill out paperwork. Most practices are submitting their first claims within two weeks of upgrade.
